Yamgo TV launches online Hindi film channel

A new online Bollywood channel offering full length Hindi movies 24/7 has been launched globally by Yamgo TV, and is available free via the network's website, smartphone apps and Facebook app.

The channel, called Hindi Movies, covers all genres, and features both new and classic films provided by content owner Everymedia Technologies.

"Going by the popularity of Hindi films worldwide, offering a wide range of movies across genre, digitally, is a great step forward to give international audiences an easy access to them. Yamgo's strong digital presence and network distribution will ensure that our content reaches out to the masses overseas," said Gautam B Thakker, CEO, Everymedia Technologies.

Ian Mullins, founder and CEO of Yamgo, added: "At Yamgo we pride ourselves on having developed a premium line-up of Hindi entertainment. Hindi Movies looks set to become yet another successful channel on Yamgo.

"We pride ourselves on our ability to offer our viewers full length movies which are 100% licensed and rights cleared, something that not many other entertainment websites can hold their hands up to. We look forward to working closely with Everymedia and building on the success of the new Hindi Movies TV channel," he said.

Hindi Movies now joins Sony, Zee TV, France 24 and other networks on the Yamgo TV platform – which delivers live TV as well as video clips to almost all Internet-enabled devices around the world.
