Indian direct to home (DTH) satellite TV operator Videocon d2h is adding Zee TV's high definition (HD) entertainment channel to its subscribers.

Videocon d2h's high definition offering now comprises Zee TV HD, Colors HD, Star Plus HD, Star Gold HD, Star World HD, Star Movies HD, ESPN HD, Star Cricket HD, Movies Now HD, Discovery HD World, NGC HD, and Travel XP HD.
Videocon d2h is one of six private DTH operators in India, competing for market share with Dish TV, Tata Sky, Sun Direct, Airtel Digital TV and Reliance Digital TV. In total, over 32 million people subscribed to these six DTH services as of the end of December 2010, according to figures from the Indian regulator, TRAI.
