Hathway teams up with D-Link for Wi-Fi broadband bundle

Hathway, one of India's largest cable TV companies, is joining forces with D-Link to offer high speed Wi-Fi routers to provide broadband access through its digital television network.

Both existing and new customers of Hathway Broadband Internet can take up the offer of wireless Internet access, using its hybrid fibre coaxial (HFC) network, with speeds of up to 15Mbps.

"Consumer Broadband usage has shifted to concurrent multiple wireless device consumption at home," said Jagdish Kumar, managing director and CEO, Hathway Cable & Datacom. "Hathway Wi‐Fi Broadband Home Solution combines a high speed broadband delivered on our superior HFC network combined with the best in class D‐Link Wi‐Fi router.
