Indian multi-system operator (MSO) Hathway Cable & Datacom has selected Oracle Communications Consulting to transform its billing and revenue management model and capitalise on the ongoing digitisation of the country's cable TV networks.
Oracle will assist Hathway to upgrade its billing system, enabling new retail models such as digital addressable systems (DAS), and support new bundles and price plans, personalised promotional offers and real time customer notifications.
